Name That Feeling: A Group Exercise

No one is born with all the skills required for intercultural competency. That’s why it’s helpful to have tools that support our work in this important area. This resource supports the ability for diverse individuals to come together to discuss a time when each felt differently. In doing so, this exercise supports our shared goal of being more sensitive to those who are feeling excluded.
